I understand no matter is without vacuum, imposible otherwise?Plus no vacuum without any matter(some atoms etc)?So just in case say a type of vacuum cleaner took all the vacuum out of an atom, what would happen? The atom stopping to exist?

The electrons collapse into the nucleus. The atomic structure is lost. You have probably a nucleus consisting of only neutrons. The condition is similar to that in a neutron star !!
